T3 neuf Courchevel 1650 Domaine de l’Ariondaz

😊: Alice was a responsive host. Check-in was a breeze. When there is snow, the property is legitimately ski-in ski-out, although it was on the far end of Courchevel. But, when there is inadequate snow, the property is not really ski-in ski-out. The apartment was approximately 10 minutes on foot to the main strip. The building was quiet, safe, and reasonably well-maintained.. 😢: There was a very bad smell coming out of the shower and bathroom sink. We took short showers and closed the bathroom door when we weren’t using the room to prevent the smell from emanating to the rest of the apartment. Both the shower drain and bathroom sink drain were missing parts; the drain holes were just big holes with no strainer, cross bars, or pop-up topper. The couch covers, chair covers, cushions, and couch blankets needed a clean, as they were covered in other people’s hair. Lastly, we were told that for our week-long stay with 4 people, only 2 rolls of toilet paper would be provided. The property description on Booking.com did not state there would be limited toilet paper. We were given 2 extra rolls when we enquired. I’ve never stayed in accommodation where there was a limit on the toilet paper provided. It doesn’t strike me as being reasonable, particularly since there was no warning about the limit so you could be caught short..

😊: I liked everything about the property. Alice the host was excellent. Alice sent videos showing the entrance to the building and apartment plus the car parking area all with her taking in very good English. Alice communicated very well and was very responsive.. 😢: Dishwasher tablets were not provided..
