T3 Orléans charmant avec parking centre-ville

😊: The location was excellent and the apartment is a good size and came with parking. The owners always responded to messages quickly.. 😢: It lacked some basics, there was only one cup, one plate (but plenty of bowls) there was cutlery missing, no curtains in one of the bedrooms and a bad smell of drains in the shower room. We also didn’t like that the door to the main building was left open all the time, it might be a perfectly safe neighbourhood but when travelling with a little one it made us feel uncomfortable..

😊: Location, ease of dealing with owner. Good facilities within property.. 😢: Few flies in the bathroom in the morning. Settee was uncomfortable..

😊: Well furnished Excellent free parking Close to orleans centre Lovely setting. 😢: Very hot but if leave windows open very noisy as on busy road Fans or air conditioner would really help Real problem on arrival trying to find which flat it is.received no message about access instructions so phoned but took 35 minutes to get someone to tell us how to get in. I advise others to ensure they ask for instructions well in advance.
