😊: Location was fine. 😢: Convoluted access to the property and underground garage (multiple codes). To get into the garage (we had a car) we needed the remote to open the door/gate but that was in the keybox in the lobby of the apartments (either not mentioned or not obvious in the instructions; could be my oversight with so many instructions/codes to take in). Fortunately residents of another apartment drove up behind us as we attempted to access the garage and, as we were blocking their access to the garage, they enabled us to enter the garage and proceed from there. I had overlooked the requirement to pay a deposit/caution prior to our stay and was unable to deal with this once in France. I don't know why such was required and had I noted it when I originally booked, I probably wouldn't have booked the property (unsure of getting refund)..

😊: Location- very handy for old town centre. Nice balcony with third floor view.. 😢: Difficult entry system. Key box right at back of nearly ground level letter box, hallway lights on very short timer. Blinds so stiff we had to leave them down. Not quite enough equipment, eg, only 1 towel per person, no kitchen knife. Plug sockets fragile..

😊: The apartment is spacious. 😢: The owner communicates with guest only in French, even when you insist on communication in English. The appartment is not well equipped, you get only one towel per person, only one roll of toilet paper for six days rent. There is no decent knife in the kitchen, no corkscrew. Procedure for entering is extremely complicating, and remote controll for garage door is working very badly. On the top, they have just grabbed 200 € "deposit" from my credit card without any warning, like we are going to steal something. No information in advance, no warning....
