T3 proche toutes commodités - Three-Bedroom Apartment

😊: Location was good, 20 mins stroll to the town centre, close to shops. 😢: One bed broken, freezer full of food. Oven dirty. Only one saucepan was suitable for the induction hob. We had to wash all dishes and pans before using, almost covered in oil. Bathroom sink unusable due to a water leak inside the wall..

😊: Close to the station. Convenient for overnight between trains. Very spacious.. 😢: The apartment has had a superficial, cheap make-over which is already becoming shabby. The worst thing was that there was almost no toilet paper and we didn’t realise until it was too late to go and buy some. Also not enough towels even though I sent a message after reading comments and asked to make sure we had enough..

😊: The location was fine for what we needed & the size of the apartment was good.. 😢: The apartment wasn't very clean as there was a lot of dust on the tops of the skirting boards & shelves. We only had 2 small bath towels between 4 people. The wardrobe in the second bedroom had no facilities to hang any clothes. There also isn't enough crockery for 4 people's eg, there was only 2 cerial bowls which we had to share. Although the apartment is quite spacious it is looking very tired & in need of a refresh..

😊: we just stayed here for one night as we were travelling from Spain to Paris and changed trains. The property is near to the station so was very convenient. There is a pizza place nearby that does good pizza. The property is clean and comfortable and good value..
