T4 apartment in the heart of old Bordeaux close to all amenities

It was a wonderful stay...<br>#128578; Communication was very easy and friendly. The location of the appartment is perfect.<br>#128577; It was not really clean in the appartment.

Thankfully, I had his mobile number to assist me when trying to contact the Hostenga office for the 9th time.<br>#128577; The post booking/pre arrival process was appalling. Please, never use a service called Hostenga, which is using Booking.com to advertise rentals in France. Aggressive, threatening emails, dreadful customer service and an online payment system that doesn't work. When giving credit card through booking.com, I received an email from Hostenga to tell me my card was invalid. I had to check with my bank. Of course, this created problems for me. They give a UK telephone number 9n their emails, ...

Great location, ideal for exploring...<br>#128578; location, size, building style<br>#128577; unclear Wi-Fi password; lack of instructions but the property eg what to do with the rubbish, cooker instructions, speaker instructions; very little welcome amenities - not even a bottle of water; excessive cleaning charge. No light on entry to main building, so very dark at night.
