😊: 3 separate bedrooms. All spacious and light. Clean. Adequate cooking facilities. Location to town centre 7 mins drive. Balcony. Quiet location. Close to 2 supermarkets. 15 mins walk to nearest beach.. 😢: Overgrown and unkept front garden area. Really needs cutting back to make property appearance more appealing. Allocated on site parking area had concrete slab which caught underneath of car so we ended up street parking. Couldn’t get wifi to box to work. Constant red light instead of blue. No extras to add a homely touch. An oven would be beneficial! But nevertheless good value for the money!!.
