Talence, near Bordeaux - Parking, Terrace, Sleeps 6

😊: Lots of space and nice outdoor seating area. Good underground secure car park within the apartment complex.. 😢: The apartment was extremely hot and uncomfortable in hot weather. No air conditioning and no fans. We stayed one night (instead of 1 week) and left to find alternative accommodation. The large wardrobe in the bedroom was locked and not available to use so very limited space to hang clothes..

😊: A super appartment - spacious, modern, well-equipped and comfortable. It has a nice leafy terrace looking out onto the grounds of the building. Excellent location in the university district with a variety of restaurants within a short walk and the tram to the centre of the city is at the bottom of the road. The beautiful botanical gardens are just a short walk too. We did not meet the owner but communications were good..

😊: Convenient location near tram stop and local shops. Ground floor apartment in secure area. Nice decor and veranda.. 😢: The smell from the communal bin area overpowers the foyer. The key to the garage is inside the apartment rather than the key safe and the instructions didn’t make that clear..
