😊: Excellent accommodation - clean, modern and in a beautiful setting overlooking the walls of Dinan. On a quiet road and just 2 minutes walk to the old port..

😊: Lovely location within easy reach of restaurants by the river and the old town of Dinan was beautiful. 😢: No wifi for a few days, garden furniture is falling apart in Gite 3 (even the plastic plant on the table was dead), previous occupiers left overs in the kitchen and toiletries in the bathrooms which weren't very clean, no mention of the uneven steps needed to get to the accommodation so not good if you have mobility issues..

😊: Quick simple and as per instructions.

😊: The pictures are telling the truth, a wonderful holiday home. You can feel that the owner is part time living there. 😢: Nothing.

😊: Great location by the river. Very comfortable accommodation. Spacious bedrooms.. 😢: We needed to give the kitchen a clean when we arrived. Outdoor furniture could be better. With young children / babies you have to be careful outside if neighbours have dogs off the leash as the gardens are open. The accommodation has 3 floors and sound travels very easily between them as there is no floor insulation, just floorboards (we had to be very quiet after we put our baby to bed).
