TBS 10 - Appartement moderne & spacieux – Paris 2

😊: Great place. 😢: None.

😊: The location is quite ok, there are some eating places nearby and convenient store is within walking distance too. Staff in charge was quick in responding (even late at night) but his/her cleaning team didn't do a good job.. 😢: - Low shower water pressure from the shower host, also drainage quite bad in the shower room; each time we shower the floor will flood and we must wait for water to drain then continue our shower - Bathroom water heater only supports about 4 showers & need time to reheat - Bathroom basin is too small; water splashes everywhere whenever we wash face - Poor soundproofing, we can hear footsteps and movement from upstairs late night - Dark staircases (no lights on some floor levels); no lift, luggage must be carried upstairs.

😊: It was lovely, well positioned for everything, lots of bars and restaurants nearby, comfortable beds and comfortable sofa beds, well equipped kitchen, plenty of bathrooms for a large group..

😊: Very centre located, 3 rooms 2 bathrooms and toilet, convenient for a big group. Facility is good with everything we need: washing machine, dish washer, coffee etc.. 😢: 3rd floor as most of Paris appartment without lift. Could have more fans as it's been ＞35° in Paris.
