Great location<br>#128578; Great location. Two minutes from a park ideal for your dog and about 10 minutes walk to centre of Rennes. Easy access to supermarket as well. Nice studio appartment with small balcony and nice view over garden and river. Everything you needed was provided and it was easy to settle in a be comfortable for a couple of nights stay. Parking just outside the block of flats. Fred who met us was friendly, helpful and explained everything we needed to know.<br>#128577; Bathroom a little narrow - but not a big problem as shower was good.

Exceptional<br>#128578; Perfectly located little apartment walking distance from the old town of Rennes. Very warm welcome by the hosts. Beautiful greenery just next to the little balcony.<br>#128577; The bathroom sink is a little high, otherwise no criticism.
