😊: The location was great. Its a lovely apartment which is moders, well air conditioned and right opposite a boulangerie and coffee shop. It has great access to the buses and is only a 5 min walk to the beach. We did have trouble with automated messages when trying to resolve issues in the apartment, we also didnt receive some items from the Welcome pack we were promised but the upside was we did receive a bottle of wine from the region on arrival in the fridge and some niblbles which were a very nice touch after arriving late from our flight. Other than that no issues at all.. 😢: communication from the host. It would have been nice to speak to a human on the phone.

😊: The location was as we expected, close to all that we needed to utilise for our 4 night stay. The view from the balcony was nice to look out while eating outside on the balcony. The washing machine was handy, as was the clothes drying rack. The shower was good and we appreciated the dark-coloured towels. Good to have an ironing board and clean iron! Cooking our meals was an advantage.. 😢: The toilet is by the front door, far from the bathroom - wash your hands in kitchen sink or walk to bathroom thru kitchen. Bit of a nuisance. Watch out for mosquitoes in this area - was bitten every night - not host’s fault - just saying…. bring repellant. We didn’t have WiFi or SIM card, which I explained to the host before leaving our last accommodation. Yet we didn’t receive the door code in time before leaving our last connection. So we had to ask staff at the pools across the road to use their WiFi which a nice person did, so that could contact our host. Don’t understand why we can’t have the door code the night before - trust is missing! So after a wasted 30 minutes, we got in. For 4 nights stay we got 2 small rolls of toilet paper and 1 towel each. I asked for more - was told it was “generous”. Only when I complained and threatened to inform Booking.com did the host relent … but only gave 2 more rolls of toilet paper. We were told to buy our own if we wished more. We would never stay here again, and definitely do not recommend unless you wish to pay for more items yourself and have no WiFi issues. Not everyone in this world has their own data! Please trust your guests with door codes the night before their stay..
