😊: The one bedroom apartment was spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. It had alot of natural light due to high qindows,, and the sleeping loft was comfortable. The location was excellent, with many restaurants and bars nearby, and it was walking distance to most sites.. 😢: There was a stale odor in the apartment, which could be addressed by opening the windows. The stairs to the loft could not be used by guests with mobility issues, as they are quite steep..

😊: Convenient location just outside central Paris — good for exploring the local neighborhood and quick access into the city. Charming building and layout with a loft-style bed that gives the apartment character.. 😢: Second floor (European) with no elevator — a significant climb for luggage or anyone with mobility issues; listing did not make this clear. Strong smell of cats in the apartment on arrival; windows needed to be opened to ventilate, but odour returned when windows were closed. Not suitable for guests with pet allergies. Cleanliness needs improvement — the apartment would benefit from a deeper, more thorough cleaning. Not worth the 50 euro cleaning fee. Insufficient starter supplies: only two rolls of toilet paper provided for a week. When raised with the owner, the reply was unprofessional, noting toilet paper is a starter item and guests are expected to buy more. Loft bed is cramped and awkward to access; mattress/bed comfort was poor, making sleeping difficult. Overall A characterful apartment in a nice Clichy location, but the pet smell, below-par cleanliness, limited supplies, and awkward sleeping arrangement make it hard to recommend for sensitive or long-stay guests. Reasonable stay for the price if these issues don’t bother you..
