Worst booking.com stay ever<br>#128578; The room is large. location is good<br>#128577; The web page says this property has" a 24-hour front desk." but there is no one to take up the phone at 10 pm to help There is no air conditioner and no window ( just the door to the balcony) in the bedroom. The temperature is at 30 degree+ and it is not possible to sleep. I asked the host for help but no one answered the phone. I can't sleep with the door open to an open balcony because it is not safe.
