The Brut Case - Avenue de Champagne

😊: Compact but clean, comfortable and modern. Excellent location and free parking was great.. 😢: The communal corridor/hallway was overwhelmingly fragrant (urine and cigarettes) obviously this is not the owner of the apartments fault and once inside was not an issue but also there was always people (mostly the same men) walking the hallways regardless of time of entry/exit. I found the combination very unsettling and unpleasant. I was travelling with my male partner so it was okay but I wouldn’t have stayed or felt comfortable had I been alone..

😊: Nicely refurbished little apartment in a great location. The host was friendly and very quick to respond. The bed was very comfortable. There is a washing machine, hoover and towels were also provided. The instructions to get the keys were clear & prompt. We had a short stay for work here, but it was enjoyable and there are so many wonderful Champagne houses on the avenue!. 😢: The light in the building did turn on, but this is not the owners fault. We still managed to find the door easily with our phones!.
