It was a great cottage, we felt welcome and the owner ist just super nice.

A nice house with all the basic stuff you need for a calm stay near the beach. We would happily come back.

We had a nice welcome, nice host, house very clean, location quiet, nice garden........unfortunately one of our dogs had an accident on the third day, a rupture of the cruciate ligament, so that we had to return home for operation - this is why we could not enjoy our planned stay, we only had two days before the accident - c'est vraiment dommage!

Das Ferienhaus entsprach der Beschreibung. Der Garten war komplett eingezäunt, so dass der Aufenthalt mit Hund kein Problem war. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und ist uns bezüglich der Ankunftszeit und der Abfahrtszeit entgegen gekommen. Die Lage des Hauses und die des Ortes sind super, gut geeignet für alle, die nach Natur und Ruhe suchen. Wir haben uns auch sehr über das Begrüßungsgeschenk gefreut. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und empfehlenswert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Blindsided with a €300 damage fee on checkout. Owner claims we broke the couch. Pictures were sent to me of the bottom ripped up and springs broke or missing after checkout so I went to check myself. Further inspection shows this is not new damage. It look as if someone ripped open and fixed it before. Regardless, my credit card was hit with the charge. This is my first and LAST time reserving anything on VRBO. If you decide to stay here CHECK THE FURNITURE especially if the couch is blue! As for the actual stay. A fully furnished, good size cottage in a calm, pretty area. Cottage was clean, neat and beds were comfortable.

The house is located in a beautiful environment. The beach is amazing and located only 1.5km away. A walk in the dunes is highly recommended. For shopping of food stuff, drinving to Barneville is recommended.
