The countryside quietness, 5 minutes away from the beach

This place has made me and my little dog truly happy. I visited the île de beauté for one week and usually I stay at different places to see as much as possible. But this time I decided to stay the whole week at Jacki’s wonderful maison, and I did not regret it. This oasis of peace is very well located, by car it is only a few mins away from wonderful (in may almost empty) beaches, and the road gets you very quickly to emblematic places such as Corte. There even is a Proxi, a small store with all the basics you might need, only 7 min walk away. The garden is your little paradise, where you can have your morning coffee in the hammock and relax in the sun or shadows from one of the many trees. The house has everything it needs and more (the kitchen is very well equipped) and some basics such as toilet paper, salt&pepper and things like this were already there when I arrived. And then there is Jaqui. She is a marvellous host that has made my holidays even better with her suggestions, helped me whenever I needed it and found solutions to little things I required. All in one: simply perfect. Me and my dog recommend it a 100% and we will come back for sure!

L'appartement situé dans une maison de campagne est très plaisant avec beaucoup de volume et une très belle déco. Il est très bien situé pour découvrir la côte orientale de la Corse. Une mention particulière pour notre hôte Jackie, discrète tout en étant à l'écoute des voyageurs pour partager son expérience et ses conseils. Je recommande cette location.

Die FEWO ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Sie ist sehr sauber, Handtücher und Endreinigung werden extra abgerechnet. Der Garten, den man nutzen kann, erhöht den Wert des Appartements. Jackie ist sehr zuvorkommend, hilfreich und überaus freundlich.

Es war alles sehr schön! Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, Strand und Supermarkt sind sehr nah und unkompliziert mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Handtücher, Endreinigung und Strom werden pro Woche zusätzlich abgerechnet. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Tolle Restaurants auch in direkter Nähe. Es hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen und der Kontakt mit Jackie war ausgezeichnet. Sie ist sehr höflich, zuvorkommend und unkompliziert.

Die Ferienwohnung war genau wie im Inserat beschrieben. Stilvoll und mit allem notwendigen, inklusive Klimaanlagen in Wohn-/Essbereich sowie Schlafzimmer, ausgestattet. Zu erwähnen sei an dieser Stelle auch der wunderschöne, große Garten. Zur Verfügung stehende Gartenmöbel wie Tische und Stühle laden zum Verweilen ein. Eine Waschmaschine im separaten Gartenhäuschen steht bei Bedarf auch zur Verfügung. Die Lage fast unmittelbar an der Hauptverkehrsader, welche den Norden mit dem Süden der Insel verbindet, ist prädestiniert für Ausflüge mit dem Auto. Trotz der Lage nahe der Straße ist die Wohnung dennoch sehr ruhig. Wunderschöne Sandstrände sind ebenso wie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Jackie ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, die für alle Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung steht. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

In September/October we enjoyed a fortnight exploring the east coast of Corsica. For this Jackie's holiday home was perfect for two persons: Although quite near the main road, it was entirely peaceful at the back of the house, where one could sit and enjoy the views of the garden and woods beyond. Situated just 2 km from some lovely beaches and coves, a 6 minute drive to a large supermarket and just 100 m to a friendly bar, it contained everything one needed for a home away from home. Jackie is a wonderful hostess who takes care of her house and her guests. We enjoyed the closeness to the sea, the wonderful starnd and the excursions in the mountains very much. It's a pity that time passed so quickly. We brought a mosquito net for the evenings on the terrace, which was a wise decision.
