The LITTLE WOLF - A balcony over the garden

Very well kitted out apartment, great location, quiet and calm even though the Main Street is very close.. it was delightful staying in such an old interesting building, loved the balcony with all of the blooming roses around it. We enjoyed coffee there every morning, listening to the birds in the sunshine. Having air conditioning was a great asset, as the temperature was very hot when we visited. My only concern would be the mattress on the bed and the seat cushions on the sofa need replacing.

We've had a lovely stay in the heart of Riquewihr, we stayed for two nights. The room was clean and cute, a fairytale atmosphere which fits the town perfectly.

Great host, fantastic property, so convenient!Had a wonderful Christmas stay with our dog, property was perfect in every way, perfectly located with everything just seconds away.

We’ve been fortunate enough to return to Riquewihr almost every year and have stayed at several different gites owned by Jean Paul and Martine Krebs. They are all lovely, first class, comfortable and perfect in every way. It’s like going home each time we return.

Wij waardeerden onder andere de zeer praktische keuken met alles erop en eraan.<br>#128577; Het vergde wel wat creativiteit om alle kleding weg te bergen omdat enkele kasten niet bruikbaar waren, maar enkel dienden als decoratie.

Kitchen had all we needed. Bedroom decor and furnishings brought a feeling of luxury. We enjoyed many hours sitting out on the balcony. The location of the apartment within Riquewhir meant we could pop in and out of the village very easily. We also took advantage of the optional gated carparking, which was very convenient. And the instructions for getting to the apartment, getting entry, getting to the gated parking and instructions for using the apartment were very well thought out.

The apartment came with all facilities a modern couple needs. The decor and furnishings were very tastefully done. We enjoyed many hours sitting on the balcony. Having Aircon was a godsend, but with windows opened from evening till morning, the apartment was naturally cool enough, even with the mercury reaching 30c. Location within Riquewhir was perfect, as you pop in and out at will. We found that we had the village almost to ourselves at 7am, on a daily walk to the local boulangerie. Our interactions with the owner was very good, and the instructions provided were very clear and covered all we needed to know very well. Would very much recommend!

We absolutely loved this apartment. The setting is idyllic- lovely garden, amazing views. So close to the main street in the village and yet so peaceful. The apartment itself is immaculately clean and very well equipped with everything you need for a perfect holiday in this fantastic area of Alsace. Romantic feel to the big bedroom and cosy but very well equipped kitchen and dining area. Would return in a heartbeat.
