The properties are set in a wonderful place. Tas and Martyn are such lovely hosts always attentive and very helpful. They are doing a great job at lovingly restoring these properties with beautiful touches. We loved out time in the Lot, thank you so much Tas and Martyn.

Millers Cottage is set in the beautiful grounds of the Manor Seguinet, next to the old mill, overlooking the lake. The cottage is beautifully furnished and has its own patio and pool. The facilities at Seguinet are superb, the grounds are well manicured, lovely for walks and there is a fabulous games room where you can meet up with other guests for a drink and a chat and maybe a game of pool. A stroll into the village to sample the local fair is a must, the villagers made us very welcome. There are a number of local market towns (bastides) and chateau's close by including Monpazier a lively bastide with many shops and restaurants to enjoy. Martin and Tas were really helpful with advice on where to go and what to do, they couldn't do enough for us. Fabulous holiday.

We stayed at Seguinet in the Millers cottage for 2 weeks. The property is clearly sign posted from the main road and is adjacent to the quiet village of Saint Front sur Lemance. On arrival at the cottage we were cheerfully greeted by Martyn who showed us around the property; from the moment we stepped in the door it felt like a home from home. There was a small welcome package of bread, wine, cheese and sweet biscuits. The plunge pool was larger than we expected and proved to be the highlight for our daughter. The kitchen was very well equipped and spotlessly clean (as is the rest of the house). There is a dishwasher and a good washing machine, a rotary washing line outside and also a small airer that I used to dry towels and small items.. The sitting area has a very comfortable sofa and a good size dining table. Throughout the property all the furniture is really good quality and it is obvious that Tas has thought a great deal about the decor. Both bedrooms are spacious and airy with plenty of storage space. Outside the cottage is a paved terrace with a small charcoal BBQ. There is also a lovely patio area covered by a gazebo and very private. Throughout our stay Tas and Martyn were on hand if we needed anything, we only had to ask. They are the most gracious hosts always willing to help and answer questions and they made the holiday for us. I am so glad we stayed at the Millers cottage and we are determined that we will visit Seguinet again very soon.

We had the most wonderful holiday staying at the Millers Cottage, Le Seguinet. Excellent location, very tranquil and restful. The amenities are excellent, with the plunge pool and fishing on the lake. The owners, Tas and Martyn, are so friendly and helpful, giving excellent customer service. We highly recommend this property and are hoping to return next year.

The cottage was immaculate and really well equipped, and in a good location to explore the Dordogne and Lot valleys. Martyn and Tas were fantastic hosts and looked after any needs that we had. There is loads to do and see in this beautiful part of France or just chill out around the cottage. The night markets are great fun, and I wish we had visited more than one - Tas will provide you with the schedule for the markets. I have no hesitation in recommending this cottage to anyone.

We stayed at Maison Meunier for the middle week of a three week honeymoon in France. After spending the previous week in Paris it was the perfect contrast allowing us to slow the pace down a little and put our feet up. On arrival we were greeted by the owners Tas and Martyn who were very friendly and helpful offering advice when required. They're based on site but away from the property in the main buildings. The accommodation itself is lovely and really well equipped with everything you could ever need. Outside, the pool is great for cooling off during sunbathing and the view from the terrace is beautiful with quince, apple and fig trees between the property and the nearby lake. We spent most evenings cooking on the barbecue with the fabulous local produce we picked up from the market or supermarket. Nearby there are a number of chateaux to explore and also traditional bastide towns to wander round and grab a coffee or cold glass of champagne. All in all, a lovely stay at a lovely place. We wouldn't hesitate to return.

We really enjoyed Maison Meunier. This is a little gem in a beautiful part of the Lot & Garonne. The property was clean, comfortable with attention to detail, such as proper sized towels! The extensive, well kept grounds, which included mature trees, a lake and a millstream were so peaceful. Owner Tas was most friendly and helpful without being in the least intrusive. There were many interesting bastides and chateaux within 30 minutes drive of the house while larger towns like Cahors and Sarlat were just over an hour away. All in all an excellent holiday. Highly recommended.
