Marco's home in Eze is a clean, modest, comfortable property that is well equipped with modern amenities. It is set up as a duplex with two individual one-bed / one-bath apartments on separate floors that are connected by an outdoor staircase and share the unheated swimming pool and laundry area. The location is not really walkable to shopping and train areas, so a car is necessary. Parking is available only on the street; the garage was not available for our use. Grocery delivery is available from U Shop and Carrefour but not Amazon (although there is an Amazon locker at the train station). Marco was a gracious host with excellent recommendations for nearby attractions. We would rent this space again.

Sehr schönes Objekt. Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen: die Restaurants in Eze Bord-de-Mer sollten im Voraus gebucht werden, kurzfristig sind selten Plätze verfügbar. Alternative: mit dem Zug in die Nachbarorte fahren.

Villa très agréable bien entretenue, Le Propriétaire a su rester disponible durant le séjour. cependant quelques points à améliorer : il manque certains ustensiles dans la cuisine au vu du nombre de personne y séjournant ainsi que des draps de rechange , la villa accueille 6 personnes comme indiqué sur l annonce or les installations extérieures sont pour 4 personnes

La maison surplombe la baie de Eze avec une vue jusqu'au Cap Ferrat, un enchantement pour les yeux ! Les 2 terrasses offrent un panorama incroyable sur la mer et les paysages. La maison est très spacieuse et parfaitement rénovée. Les 2 étages sont confortablement aménagés et très propres. Tout le matériel nécessaire à un séjour génial se trouve sur place. La climatisation et les aménagements de la maison sont de bonne qualité. La piscine de la propriété est très appréciable et la situation de la maison permet d'accéder à la mer très rapidement, à pied ou en voiture. Enfin, le propriétaire Marco a été prévenant et attentif de la préparation de notre séjour à notre arrivée sur place. Nous avons déjà hâte d'y retourner !

The house was just wonderful. The view from the balcony and terrace was amazing, Eze very charming, the beaches great, restaurants delicious. The owner of the house, Marco, was also extremely helpful. We’ll go back for sure.
