😊: Amazing location, beautiful views, such a lovely little house and would recommend to anyone! Loved the coffee machine also. Would maybe just recommend a couple more fans during peak summer months as it does get very hot but otherwise it was great! Hosts were also so friendly and helpful, thank you so much :-).

😊: Although day one was a washout, once we were able to get into the house, we liked it very much and would have liked to have stayed for 4 days. It had everything one might need, and was very agreeably furnished (and lovely pictures). So thank you to the Australian owners & thank you to Laure - for worrying about us and for the ice-cold water and wine !. 😢: The stay did not begin well as we were unable to enter the house and had to find a hotel for the first night. I checked my mail a couple of days before arriving in Belvés, expecting to receive the lockbox code but, as Laure the co-host has since told me, Booking.com's policy is to reveal the lockbox code only on the day of arrival. This presumes that all your clients are in possession of a working mobile phone (in fact, there are people who might actually prefer to leave their devices at home when on holiday) and although I did have a working mobile phone, I was only able to get a good internet connection AFTER we had checked into the hotel. I did have a telephone number, it turned out to be an Australian number and having no idea that the house was owned by an Australian couple, I cut the connection thinking it must be the wrong number. I have since checked Booking.com's reservation mails and this Australian number is the only one given. My suggestions to Booking.com : 1. Give a lockbox code several days in advance. 2. Give the telephone number of the LOCAL host and/or co-host at the same time..
