'The Terrace' Cottage - Swimming pool - Pezenas 20km from Cap d'Agde

Spacious, quite appartement in walking distance to the town's center. Friendly and very helpful owner. We enjoyed our stay.

What an amazing place for my daughter and I to stay. Close to lots of places to see and lots to do. Gisele, I hope to return one day to see more of Pezenas and the surrounding area. I do hope we left everything as we found it. I was ill the day we left so I hope I left it clean enough. Regards Steve.

Stayed here for 1 week. Communication with Gisele was good. The gite is lovely with excellent outdoor space, plenty of options for sun or shade. Pool spotlessly clean and well maintained. Location is great, very peaceful but only a short walk to the centre of Pezenas and easy access to A75. Short drive to supermarkets. Would recommend.

Great location, 5 minute walk to Pézenas historic town. Well equipped, good beds, very clean, air condition and a lovely covered patio where all meals were taken. This was our second stay here, and we warmly recommend it. Giselle is a great host.

Très calme et idéalement situé car on peut tout faire à pieds. Gisèle est très sympathique et reste à l'écoute si besoin. Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine, nous recommandons vivement.

Very nice barn conversion on working family vineyard. Parking on street outside house (quiet country lane) or in garage. Downstairs front door, washing machine and access to garden. Upstairs large light kitchen/sitting room. Corridor to two bedrooms (1 twin , 1 double), shower room and separate toilet. Nice terrace with tables and chairs, small garden with pool. Weather was very humid and thundery - we didn’t use outside space due to mosquitoes but would be nice space in better weather. Short easy walk into historic centre. Gisele our host spoke very good English and was very welcoming. Thank you!

It was just what we wanted. Pezenas is a lovely town. We decided to have a car free holiday as there are good cheap bus links with Montpelier, Beziers and the coast. The accommodation was lovely and comfortable. Easy walking distance from town yet quiet and a great place to relax both inside and out.

Lovely patio, nice little pool. House is spotlessly clean, very well equipped, in a quiet side street but only a very short walk into charming Pezenas centre. Host is very friendly and helpful, and patient with my halting French. If we come back to Pezenas, this is where we will book.
