TheBlueStay 19 - Appartement spacieux Paris 11

WARNING! This apartment is dirty and has a serious mould problem down stairs. Health hazard!! Multiple lights did not work including the light in the black wardrobe. Good luck finding your belongings. The coffee maker leaked heavily. The floors were filthy. Furniture shabby and uncomfortable. The location is good with lots of restaurants and shops on your door step. There is also a metro station close by.

While the description mentioned stairs, it would have been helpful to know that 2 of the three bedrooms were in the basement. The basementwas a bit damp as well.

😊: The appartement is close to metro station and the area around is full of life. 😢: The apartment has many damages and none of those are fixed.

😊: The location is good.. 😢: There is a strong musty odour and a lot of humidity in the whole basement floor and and black stains of mold/fungus on the walls of the bedroom right next to the bed and in the bathroom. We had booked and paid in advance for 5 nights but had to leave after the first night because the apartment smelled so bad and we woke up with a headache. Despite this, the owner refunded us only 50% of the paid sum..
