😊: The location was excellent—metro, bus, or train options were always within a 10-minute walk.. 😢: The furniture was in very poor condition—old, damaged, and worn out. The cleanliness was also below expectations; the place smelled strongly of bleach for the first two days, which made it uncomfortable to stay inside. Additionally, there was no tray in the oven, making it unusable, and the kitchen was poorly equipped with basic items..

😊: Great location, spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, washer and dryer. Hosts were very responsive and helpful.

😊: The apartment is a short walk from the Gare du Nord, making it easy to get to and from the Eurostar and to access the Metro. The entrance was off a central courtyard, so no stairs to negotiate.. 😢: Unfortunately this apartment has not been well maintained. The furniture is sparse, mismatched or broken. Possibly the worst feature was the inability to use the oven - there were no oven shelves, racks or trays! Many bathroom fixtures were broken or in need of repair..

😊: Location was good for and low noise once in the porperty. 😢: One of the rooms down stairs was so damp and smelly we struggle to sleep, flies and insects all over the place.
