Thoiras La Belle de Saint-Martin

😊: St Martin is a really likeable town. Lively enough without being rowdy (Early June) and a very interesting place to mooch around. The house is situated exactly as described about 10 minutes easy walk to the harbourside or town centre in a quiet road in a quiet district . The little garden is entirely private and rather pleasant. The house itself has been restored to a very high standard. Everything which was meant to work did so and did so well. It was comfortable throughout and I would be back in a heart beat. I should perhaps also add that the restaurants in town are mostly a cut above your average seaside offering. Unfussy and friendly but quietly excellent.. 😢: Nothing. The garage is a little hard to enter, but because there is a garage just across the road you do have the space to reverse round even if you have a long car. The garage interior is not at right angles to the door. Again you can deal with it but you need to be aware of it..

😊: Fully equipped and with A/C.

😊: Everything was very modern, new, decorated with taste. Lovely property. 😢: Very little, perhaps a bit of noise from the street.

😊: This is a beautiful, well equipped house in a quiet but prime location with a wonderfully helpful owner. The lovely outside space and large garage are added bonuses. We would return to stay here again without hesitation.. 😢: Everything was perfect.
