Thorigny-sur-Marne Studio chez Camille

😊: Great location .. close to the public transport (30 mins bus ride to Disney), shop next door. Great place to stay .. nice bathroom, kitchen with el.hob, fridge, free Wi-Fi,, TV with broadband.. 😢: The bed / mattress could be better. It's just 2 mattresses on the top of each other - so soft/sagging in the middle..

😊: Location of the property is perfect for Disneyland. 😢: This accommodation is not fit to stay in there is sewerage coming through the bathroom floor as per the picture and the toilet doesn’t flush so I had to throw buckets of water down . It is infested with ants in the kitchen and bathroom and both me and my son have been bitten not sure if this is bed bugs or ants. The bed sheets have white stains on them that look like bodily fluids, so we slept on towels on top of the sheets. They changed the front door code while me and my 11year old were out leaving us in the street outside for 20mins after I called them to let them know I could not access the building, I then received a text saying the number had been changed with no apology until I complained why I hadn’t been informed. I would never book to stay here again it’s not clean it’s like staying in a shed the only positive is the location but there are better accommodations very near that are clean and not unsanitary. The garden space is dirty and not secure or fit for purpose. The bathroom cupboards have their packaging paper half ripped off and hanging just no effort made by the hosts they just want the money. I also found the hosts to be rude over the phone disconnecting when I called to ask about the code I found them extremely rude and inhospitable I would never recommend this accommodation to anyone ever. The pictures speak for themselves filthy !.

😊: The pictures do not make justice to the place. Place is excellent, very cosy.. 😢: See attached.
