Everything about our stay was 5 star. The property is well situated at the top of Cannes on a safe and private site with quick and easy access into the town. Barbara, our host, could not have been any more helpful from check in to checkout she was hospitable and easy to communicate with. The villa itself has everything you could possibly need and is very well appointed. Like a proper home rather than some cheaply furnished holiday villas. WiFi was super fast which was important to us as we had to work whilst we were away. Overall I would throughly recommend this villa to anyone looking.

My colleagues and I stayed at this property during the Cannes Lions advertising festival in June, and had a lovely time. The home is well-appointed, clean, and comfortable. With a bathroom for each guest it worked well for our group, and the nice backyard made for a great place to have coffee in the morning. The home is in a quiet neighborhood a short drive from the beach and all of the action in Cannes. I'd definitely recommend it.

This was our second time starting at this lovely villa and we are so glad we did. Barbara is proactive, professional, and incredibly kind. She and her husband make a fantastic management team, quick to answer and flexible and the villa itself is well equipped, clean, and spacious with a lovely garden. If you plan to spend a lot of time at the beach or at the Palais des Festivals, you will need a car or plan on taking the bus as it is a 40 minute walk. We really enjoyed our time and will certainly stay here again!

Very comfortable house, fully equipped kitchen, nice grass terasse. Very quite residence. The air-conditioner in every room. We were in April, so we didn't check how long to go to the swimming pool. Driving to Cannes is easy, we also travelled a lot around.

My husband, coworkers, and I stayed at this lovely place while we were at the Cannes Film Festival for work. It was so nice to leave the madness on the Croisette and have a peaceful dinner on the terrasse. Barbara and her husband were quick to respond, even bringing us brand-new pots and pans when we mentioned that the ones in the villa were a little small for our group. We will for sure stay there again!

We were looking specifically to stay on Cannes Grand Parc and the villa did not disappoint - very clean and well kitted out. Lovely peaceful situation with private garden. Host Barbara was lovely and very helpful whenever we were stuck with anything.

We stayed with 2 families of 5 adults and 4 children for one week. We found it very spacious and ideal located. Each bedroom has its bathroom and the airconditioning in each bedroom and livingroom was a pleasant relief from the heat outside. We did not use the communal swimming pool as we arrived late afternoons in the villa. During the evenings we spent a lot of time in the garden. Would highly recommend this villa. Thank you Barbara for having us.

This property is lovely and was ideal for our family of 6 adults. Plenty of bathrooms is always a bonus. The air on was a welcome relief from the heat. The communal swimming pool was okay but a shame no sun loungers around it. We spent a lot of time in the garden of the property. It is a way out of Cannes but the public bus route 10 gets you there in around 20 mins and the trains are really easy to get to Antibes, Nice, Monaco etc. We found a lovely restaurant (Mediterane) in walking distance from the villa. The supermarket is close by too. If I had to make any recommendations for the villa - another fridge in the garage would have been useful and more outdoor furniture, especially if there were 8 guests staying. Thank you Barbara and Pascal, you were very accommodating of our flight times - it was much appreciated.
