Completely unacceptable. 2) Severe electrical issues: the breakers tripped every time we used basic appliances like the stove, kettle, or hair dryer. The host promised to send a technician but lied; no one ever came. 3) The host's communication via WhatsApp was awful, with extremely delayed responses in poor, incomprehensible English. Property is old and poorly maintained. I do not recommend it at all.".
