Traditional Farmhouse Gite at the heart of Brittany (Sleeps 1-5 in 2 Bedrooms)

A wonderful stay with Sue and Terry’s friendly hospitality. Lots of outdoor space (swings and games) , friendly dog and cat, quiet backwater of a lane for learning to cycle made it perfect for our 5 year old. 4 comfy beds , efficient shower, everything we needed. A note of caution: very steep stairs.

The gite is set in a green, well kept hamlet with picnic tables outside each gite for you to enjoy breakfast in the sun. The gite was clean and well organised; one thing to add, the stairs are a little steep so worth checking that for all members of your guest group. The owners couldn’t have been nicer, all in all a great base to explore this part of France.

It is a very comfortable property for a couple, a family or friends wanting separate rooms. The outside area is a great meeting place for getting together with others staying in the Gites or camping, and having a chat/ drink together.

A very nice holiday apartment with outdoor space, great location in the peaceful countryside, close to leisure destinations and small towns. These were the most welcoming and helpful hosts we had on our tour! We extended our stay and look forward to coming back.

The description is accurate. The gite is large downstairs, a fantastic feeling of space, upstairs is smaller but still feels big. The kitchen is big and well equipped. It was all nice and clean. We enjoyed being able to play on the lawn, and explore the grounds, and the lane was perfect of longboarding, with a super long downhill! Really easy to walk to the village to buy bread every morning, we rarely met a single car! The owners were away, so we met with the caretakers, Kevin and Lisa, who were very nice. Its location meant we could drive out and visit north or south Brittany. Enjoyed Lorient German WWII Submarine base, Binic beach, and the Gorges. And, of course the lake where we swam and went paddleboarding. All in all, a super week! Thank you!

Excellent property in a great setting. Nantes Brest canel is probably the most picturesque cycle route I have ever enjoyed
