😊: Central location, a spacious bathroom with a washing machine, a charming kitchen view of a cat on the roof, plus an ironing board and fans. Simple self-check-in accommodation. Overall, the apartment is spacious and comes with plenty of the necessary equipment.. 😢: Don't let yourself be swayed by the photos alone. It's clear that in the apartment no one is genuinely taking care of its maintenance, and there's a lack of simple attention to detail — such as having disgustingly dirty cutlery in the kitchen, a broken mirror or wobbly furniture..etc /yet the terms for any damage caused during your stay are quite strict!/ The place could really use a visit from a handyman and a thorough cleaning. / Also expect noise from the bar on the street until around 1–2am. I'm sorry to say this, but a rating of 9 doesn't reflect this apartment fairly. Of course, everyone has different standards. It's worth highlighting that, following our complaint with photos from the apartment, we received an apology and a promise of improvement going forward..
