Très bel Appartement, 10 min gare, 20 min de Paris

😊: Images of the apartment is nice. But this is not reality.. 😢: We got cockroaches on the first check in during evening and it got worse as we came back during the night. We evacuated ourselves to a nearby hotel that costs the same amount of money..

😊: It was clean. 😢: We travelled with young 3 children, the taxi driver was unsure about leaving us when we arrived. We knew we had to be quiet (as stated in the rules), which we were happy with however it was very noisy in every other apartment around us until around 1am. The ‘balcony’ was separated by a plastic sheet and door did not close properly. As a result we found alternative accommodation for the second night. Would not recommend. Sorry..

😊: The apartment is very clean and comfortable.

😊: Faced no problem to having key at time and the flexibility of check in and check out. Although the staff came not by himself but guided in proper way. Kitchen tools and ironing available. Washing machine also available.Staff has provided an electric fan on request according to warm weather therefore we are thankful. We are also grateful for having no trouble inside .. 😢: Cleaning must be responsiblity of staff rather than guests. Garbage must also have to take out by guests what this nonsense. In preview pictures should include the picture of street and door and at least location preview so that visitors could know better about their stay. There was too much bad smell in corridoor Infront of entrance of Appartment wenn came out from elevator. It was an old building in dirty area and staff didn't meet ,but have contacted on WhatsApp.i think he should be there at the time of check in and check out .we have also faced the problem in opening the door because it was quite different from ours.So in my opinion it was expensive according to it's condition..
