Très bel appartement rénové avec piscine tennis et parking privé 09

😊: Le Touquet is an incredible place, we will absolutely return to the area. Swimming pool was great and great distance from the room too.. 😢: It's an unloved property. It needs a major deep clean and care and attention spent on it - most areas hadnt been touched for what looked like 1+ year. The bedding is old and stained. We had to contact the hosts to get sheets as missed that they were no included on the (many) confirmation emails you get from them - but no bed linen being supplied was crazy to me. When the bed linen arrived at an expensive cost to us, towels were included which we were told was the same price so we asked to keep them but then half hour later we noticed the host had taken them home with her again. No corkscrew - yet so many wine glasses. So many pots and pans but just one spatula - no serving spoon, tongs etc. The property is so dark - we had to use iphone torch to cook food. When we used the toaster there was old piece of bread still in it. The hosts wouldnt budge on an early check in, and felt they could have accommodated it. I asked in plenty of notice. Instead we had to wait around for 8 hours with 2 children under 5. When we checked out, the cleaner arrived on the dot at 10am so they definitely could have made it work and its not as if they clean for 8 hours by the looks of things. The lack of cleanliness really got to me and I couldnt wait to check out. I bought antibacterial wipes and cleaned myself in the end..

😊: Very clean and well stocked. 😢: Slightly too far away from centre to walk with a 5 year old.
