We chose this property for our family holiday as the internal layout of the house was perfect for our group comprising 2 x grandparents, 2 x parents and 2 children (6 yrs. and 3 yrs.) The layout provides the requisite number of bedrooms and toilets etc. that are desireable for such a party. Mme. Mercier was very helpful and provided us with a ground plan of the property, which made everything very clear. The house is clean, well equipped and exactly as described in the advertisement and at the 2015 rates, very reasonable. the kitchen was, frankly, small but those booking for 2016 should find that a new kitchen has been fitted, providing a much better layout. The garage contains a large number of bikes. These are great for the cycle track along the coast which is very flat and a joy to ride. Hire them for 100Euros per week. Bretignolle is a very family friendly resort with some nice beaches and OK places to eat. The house is about 75 mins from Puy du Fou - voted worlds best theme park for the 2nd year running. This is an absolute must for children of all ages.
