😊: The property is a good size with a fairly modern kitchen. There is a good living space. Each bedroom has an ensuite. The two rooms upstairs have loads of storage, the 3 rooms downstairs have average wardrobe sizes.. 😢: The lack of communication meant that I didn't really know what to expect. Booking this property felt like a huge risk. It mainly paid off, but I would have paid significantly more for a better experience. Think of it as a very DIY vibe. Kitchen is modern, but there are a few broken things, e.g. cupboard doors. Living space is large, but there aren't quite enough spaces for 12 people to sit. There are enough to sit at the dining table, but not on the sofas - one of which is also falling apart. Some windows have wonderful shutters on, some don't even have curtains. The ones that do have curtains, they don't reach fully across. One of the external balcony doors was left ajar when we arrived, and we spent the first evening very cold until someone spotted it. Some lights don't work. There is a table-football, but no ball to play with. The stairs and upstairs are very creaky floorboards. There was work going on to the downstairs flat (which is not part of this listing). The drilling and hammering woke us up on a weekend @ 9am, and continued until 5pm. I understand you want to do home improvements, but I came on holiday to relax, and this wasn't possible with disruptions like this. THERE IS NOT A SKI LOCKER INCLUDED. - There is a ski storage cupboard on the ground floor of the property, but it does not lock. The host said that if we hired the skis from her, we could use the locker in her shop- but this was communicated after arrival. I actually asked months in advance, and got no reply. THERE IS NOT A TRANSFER INCLUDED. For some reason, this is listed on booking.com as included. I was belittled by the host when I asked about it. The security deposit system gives you no security as a guest. Yes, we got our deposit back in full, but it is done via a bank transfer, so if travelling from aboard there are fees involved and you lose a little cash in the process..
