😊: Quality/Price. Location is just 15 min walking from the city center. The receptionist was helpful to resolve small issues upon arrival.. 😢: The building and flat itself are rather shabby. The facilities could be much better maintained and without much additional efforts and money. The street in front of building is small but quite noisy. Internet was not stable..
