😊: It was a little cute apartment, it has everything you pretty much need. It was very clean, and very central. Loved the shutters and la flotte is just so beautiful. Daniel was excellent, very responsive, was able to answer all my questions and gave suggestions.. 😢: The door was a little sticky to open and close but once you get the hang of it, it's fine. There was no iron and the shower was smallllll, you are fine standing up but once you bend to wash your legs forget it. A small toaster would be nice too. The mirror in the bathroom is too far, as it's behind the sink. A long mirror somewhere in the apartment would be really great..

😊: The location so near the town and the pretty churchand the main room was bright and lovely.. 😢: Some of the design, bathroom is very small, lights in bedroom section far too bright. No towels provided and no soap in bathroom or sinks....while tripping over cleaning products....while bed was comfortable no real pillows provided except wafer thin cushions...

😊: The location. 😢: Having to pay in cash. Supplements for apartment basics eg make bed, provision of towels, clean property on exit. No information pack for emergency telephone No's, tourist info, nearest shops etc. Bed cover was only an empty duvet cover. bed was enclosed by 3 walls requiring guests to crawl over each other in the night. No storage nor clothes hanging facilities. No food prep area. No washing up liquids or drying cloths. No toiletries in shower. No advice on the use of shutters at night. ALARMINGLY we were quietly reading with key in back of door when someone tried to enter the property. If this was the host then an unannounced visit is totally unacceptable, if not the host then someone else has keys to both the front and room doors which placed the security of guests and their effects at risk..

😊: Great location. Lovely and clean. Nicely decorated.. 😢: The bed was as shown but quite small and uncomfortable. In arrival on Sunday with all shops closed no water or shower gel provided. Also notified on arrival that payment needed in cash which cost us another £30 in exchange charges. Also had to pay for bed sheets, towels and an exit clean which we weren’t made aware of. We never saw the host. We went for this last minute accepting the awkward bed as it was well priced but disappointing to end up paying more than we wanted for a poor experience..

😊: It was a lovely studio apartment located very close to the city center. Super modern and clean. Easy to get the keys. Perfect for few days.. 😢: I didn't like having to pay cash there and we had to clean before leaving. It's not something I expect to do when booking something through this website. I think the price we are shown on the website should include everything ( towels , beds , cleaning ..).
