Twilight Star Spa - Sauna Private Cinema - Parking

😊: Excellent location for a weekend stay, free parking was good.. 😢: Despite waiting until 4:45 to gain access to the property & receiving a text message informing us that it was ready, upon our arrival we found it had not been cleaned & the previous occupants dirty bedding & towels were piled up on the floor. We then had to wait a further 2 hours to get the property cleaned & the concierge less than helpful or understanding. This ruined our evening plans..
