😊: Spacious studio room with easy access to large, sunny back room. Well equipped with fridge, oven etc. Step-free access. Welcome bottle of cider and pate left for me. Good communication.. 😢: Unexpected 15.82€ extra charge for linen and tourist tax, in cash only. Everything quite twee and dated, and over decorated/furnished. Not walking distance to anywhere to eat..
