😊: The photos don’t do it justice, apartment is much more spacious than it seems. We were traveling with two teenagers and each had a lovely spacious double room to themselves which was great. There is a lovely little terrace too and the kitchen and living area is very comfortable. AC took a few mins to get going but worked great. Main unit covered the main bedroom and the other two bedrooms had their own units which was perfect. Garage was very handy, a lot of reviews mention it is tight which is true but it is a small village of narrow streets and lanes so that is to be expected. We had a Peugeot 2006 and managed fine with the garage. The village is small but very charming, there is a nice selection of bars and restaurants but not the usual tourist drag so it feels very authentic. It’s 10-15 mins to a number of beachside towns for more action. Host was very responsive and instructions for locating house, key etc were perfect..

😊: It was close to our relatives who live in Laroque des Albert. It was close to the Cafe des Artiste which is the social hub of the village. The Cafe des Albert which does a very good evening meal at a sensible price is five minutes drive away in St Denise. St Cyprien and Argelès-sur-Mer sur Mer are within easy reach.. 😢: The garage is very spacious, however the garage door is comparatively narrow. I hired a Skoda SUV at the airport which, when I reversed it into the garage opening had only 100mm either side of the wing mirrors which is enough but it is very tight. There are about 12 steps in a curved staircase from the garage and front door level up to the living accommodation. For the partially ambulant this might be a problem but don’t let it put you off staying at this little gem of an old mountain village style house..

😊: Location was great. The property was fully equipped. There was a enclosed garage downstairs. We were received by a real person who gave us a walk around the apartment.. 😢: Driving into garage at times difficult as you can to back out on a narrow street..

😊: The rooms were spacious, the property was clean and well decorated. Very centrally located and close to restaurants.. 😢: The stairs to the upper bedrooms are somewhat narrow. Apart from that no issues at all..
