UN CHALET FAMILIAL AU COEUR DES HAUTES VOSGES

The house was neat, clean and easy to find. It was large enough for six people (incl. two small children) and the yard was fantastic. All amenities listed were present, our host even provided a nice bottle of wine! The surroundings are rustic and very calm, shopping is best done by car. Nice walks start virtually at the door. We had a small technical issue, but our host was very forthcoming and helpful. All in all, our stay was great.

We had a wonderful holiday!! The chalet is exactly as described, in a lovely, secluded location, clean and comfortable and very well equipped. The stream running along the bottom of the garden, and the little bridge, are delightful. It was so kind of Luc to light the wood burner and to put up some Christmas decorations; the chalet was wonderfully warm and cosy upon our arrival and after a long journey and on a cold and frosty night we really appreciated this. Thank you. We have some lovely memories of our time exploring Basse-sur-le-Rupt and the surrounding area and very much hope to return to this beautiful chalet.
