😊: The breakfast was wonderful, plenty of bread, pastries, juice/milk, jams, cheese and more, delivered at a time to suit your convenience! Location is quiet and very central, on street parking is limited but there is a free parking close by. Two coffee machines and plenty of capsules. Very large TV and nice electric fire.. 😢: Kitchen accessories were limited if you plan to cook - better to get take away or eat out! The downstairs seating area is small and not the greatest for comfort - we were 4, it would have felt quite cramped if we were more!.

😢: It would hade been good to know in advance that the bedrooms are located on several floors and that there is no outside space for seating.

😊: Great location and friendly host who provided an amazing breakfast every morning. Perfect carat for a few nights in the Epernay region..

😊: Beautiful little house with all possible amenities in the middle of the Champagne region. Comfortable large beds in 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 beautiful bathrooms. The owner brought us an amazing breakfast in the morning with fresh fruits, juice bread and croissants. Absolutely lovely. We will definitely remember this when we plan our next visit to the region..
