Un havre de paix classé 4 étoiles à 100 m de la plage de Royan

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce joli appartement aménagé avec beaucoup de goût et de charme. Situé dans un endroit très calme il est néanmoins proche de l’océan et des commerces. La gentillesse et le professionnalisme de la propriétaire sont également un atout.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce joli appartement aménagé avec beaucoup de goût et de charme. Situé dans un endroit très calme il est néanmoins proche de l’océan et des commerces. La gentillesse et le professionnalisme de la propriétaire sont également un atout.

Apartment was perfect anything and everything you could want and maybe more. But it just wasn’t in the right location 2 minutes away from a clay/muddy beach. A couple of restaurants on the beach which were just full at the evening and really overflowing with people (no wonder covid isn’t going away) I just couldn’t do it. The shops are a good 20-25 minutes away so had to use the car for carrying bulky shopping especially in the hot weather we had. We found another beach 25-30 minutes walk away which was a lot nicer. With shops and eating places around it ideal beach we loved that one. Only 5 minutes in the car and lots of free parking along the beach for you 👍🏼 Only thing with going to the beach or living near a beach is the sand. Constantly sweeping it up or vacuuming and mopping up. But even though you pay for the cleaning at the end of your stay I still like to keep on top of it. But it wasn’t too owners liking and was bombarded with abuse txts ( unprofessional and uncalled for). Plus it’s advertised with parking and we parked where we asked too park. But was texted to move our car and park on the main road, which we were reluctant to do as it could get busy on the road. Question would I recommend this apartment maybe yes if you don’t mind walking about which we didn’t or if you have ocd then it’ll be perfect

Catherine est une hôte adorable et extrêmement accueillante, aux petits soins pour ses clients. L’appartement est très agréable, spacieux, très lumineux, très bien équipé, décoré avec goût, et très bien situé,et d'une propreté irréprochable. Rien ne manque! chaque pièce est équipée de clim, ce qui est appréciable en période de grosses chaleurs. La literie est très confortable, le quartier très calme. De plus nous avions une petite attention de bienvenue. Nous sommes enchantés et nous reviendrons avec un grand plaisir !
