😊: Excellent central location to what few facilities there are in town. Comfortable and well equipped accommodation.. 😢: I suggest a mention be made to prospective customers that the stairs to access the apartment are steep and may cause difficulties to some. We stayed twice here in the space of 5 days and our first stay, we had problems with the extreme heat of the shower not being able to be changed. Our next time, it seems the thermostat had been adjusted and it was fine. The apartment does not have air-conditioning (which we knew) and the bedroom had a powerful air-conditioning unit which was helpful in the extreme heat..

😊: Lots of space. Comfortable. Right in the middle of Hautvillers, but quiet.. 😢: Not much! Sidelights in main room would be good. Stairs a little steep/narrow. Outer door difficult to lock..

😊: We loved this place! Perfect location, great views, really clean and had everything you need. Old building thats been really well renovated right in the heart of Hautvillers. Just perfect!.

😊: Excellent location, great spot to stay if want a base to explore the champagne region by car. Lovely view. Good kitchen to prepare meals, strong wifi. May have been lucky, but got parking (free) right outside every time I returned to the apartment.. 😢: Very steep staircases to get inside and up to bedroom, difficult with luggage..
