Un séjour royal au calme

😊: Lovely little apartment in fabulous location - everything we needed with a great Italian restaurant on the door step.. 😢: It was very hot, as it’s in the loft - but we were in the middle of France’s mega hot heat wave! Not the fault of the apartment! Also three flights up and no lift but we were fine with this..

😊: Great location.. 😢: After a message from our host with instructions for the keys and note that he is not going to be available we found him in the property eating. We arrived as agreed spot on time, but it wasn't good enough. Hygiene all the way through under any level of acceptance. Not toilet paper, no small towels. Furniture in terrible state.Cutlery and pottery in terrible state chipped old...etc. instructions for parking on 2 stages difficult to follow first time. As plus after few unssecsfull attempts our host assisted me to find the way through removable bollards and road signs in French. Then we informed him for our departure time and all details. But only to receive message 2 hours after we left with instructions when to leave and how. And a strange invoice despite the fact the payment went through last September..

😊: Nice 2 persons apartment on the 3rd floor close to the castle in the center of the nice city of Blois. Well equipped. Calm.Cosy.. 😢: For me not a problem at all but best is to park at the riverside and just walk up to the apartment..

Beautiful and welcoming.<br>#128578; Excellent location. Host was beyond helpful when we asked for an early check in. Air con was supplied. Much more spacious that pictures suggest. We recommend you park in the underground carpark very nearby as the Sat nav gets confused. Car park is only 15 Euros for 24 hours.
