😊: The place was fairly clean except for a few minor things.. 😢: The host was simply awful. There were so many things that were not right at the apartment or not working and when we asked for her help she did at first and then when I questioned why so many things were not available or not working she changed her attitude and just became a really horrible person to deal with. She didn't care to help us with anything we asked for help with after that and she even cut off our use of the cable TV after which was advertised as part of what we paid for. They never once cleaned the place for the whole week we were there or changed towels despite the fact that the washing machine was broken so we could not wash anything. They left us with minimal cleaning utensils as well. No extra bags for dirt or anything like that. At a certain time each day there was the most horrible crap smell coming from the shower and we could do nothing about it. We just had to survive through it..
