Un superbe manoir du 17ème siècle

Managing the needs and expectations of a party of 17, aged from 4 to 80, could be a tall order but in beautiful La Fuie we were so lucky to find the perfect choice. From our warm welcome onwards from Sarah with a tour of the extraordinary range of facilities - great kitchen, lovely pool, hot tub a real hit with the younger members and wine cooler much appreciated by the older! All this and set in the most beautiful grounds with some picturesque market towns within easy reach one could not have found a better place to celebrate ones 80th. Is it too early to book for my 90th?John

We stayed here for a family gathering for my father-in-law's 70th (23 people incl. kids). The property is beautiful - the pictures do not do it justice. Sarah was the kindest and most attentive host and goes out of the way to make your stay the best. The pool area and bar area are brilliant and the grounds are extensive. The house is extremely well equipped. We loved every minute here and would thoroughly recommend!

Just arrived home from the best week at La Fuie. The hosts Sarah, Tom and Mike were truly amazing and gave our family the best weeks holiday! From the beautiful house, the grounds, pool area and Sarah’s wonderful cooking, we could not have asked for more! We had 4 young children, a puppy and 10 adults and the house was perfect fit, bedrooms and social areas all very spacious! Pool area was fab, has a bar, hot tub and you can close off whilst you’re in there so you’re secure. Sarah did everything for us, booking vineyard tour, cooking meals, sorting the Vet etc, nothing is too much trouble and they thought of all the little details to make your trip memorable! We cannot thank you enough and cannot wait to come back to what was truly a very special place! Thank you!

I cannot express how wonderful our stay at La Fuie was. Not only because the house and grounds exceeded our expectations, but because Sarah, Tom and Mike went above and beyond to ensure our trip was one to remember forever. La Fuie was even more magical in real life than the photographs show, the house has been so well looked after to such a lovely standard, every room is beautifully decorated, most with en-suites, and spotlessly clean. We felt like we were staying in a magical French chateau! The rest of the grounds were idyllic, especially the walled pool area! The photographs do not do it justice, the pool has been renovated to create the most tranquil and luxurious space with pool bar and hot tub! We spent our entire time outside and felt so relaxed it was like paradise. The villa is in complete privacy so we felt free to enjoy our holiday uninterrupted and enjoy the amazing place. Other than the house, Sarah did everything she could in the run up to our stay to liaise with me to plan every detail of our stay, she helped with organising airport transfers, helped us with groceries, activities for our stay such as a trip to a local vineyard and organising massages for our group, she cooked the most DELICIOUS food for us and did so many other little touches which just made us feel so cared for. I was totally blown away and cannot emphasise enough what fantastic service we were given it was unlike anywhere else I have EVER stayed, can't recommend enough!!!! THANK YOU! xx

Nous avons réservé cette maison a l'occasion de notre mariage. C'est un endroit magnifique, décoré avec soins, lors de la visite, on en prend plein les yeux a l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur, tout est entretenu parfaitement. Les hôtes sont très accueillants, toujours disponibles lorsque nous en avons besoin. Vous ne regretterez pas votre séjour à La Fouie. A louer les yeux fermés !!!!

La location s'est très bien déroulée, les pièces sont belles et grandes, avec une ambiance d'antan et des belles salles de bain renouvelée. Le terrain est grand et permet de faire tout plein de choses en famille Enfin, la propriétaire est très accueillante et très conciliante : je recommande !

Un grand merci à Sarah et Tom ! J'ai loué ce manoir à l'occasion de mes 30 ans. Le lieu est magique et reposant, les extérieurs sont magnifiques (grand terrain, piscine, jacuzzi). Le manoir est immense, bien agencé et très bien décoré ! Les hôtes sont très bienveillants et à proximité du lieu si besoin. Je recommande vivement merci encore !

Sophie was an outstanding host! The house was beautiful (even better than in the pictures) with plenty of space and activities. Sophie and her husband have thought of every single detail and have build an amazing property were you feel at home. There is not a single negative thing I can think about, I strongly recommend!
