😊: the location close to the seaside, the free parking on the street, the spacious apartment, well equipped. Very kind concierge.. 😢: 1) Parking garage box was very small and my car didn't fit it. 2) no security barriers on the upper floor of the duplex, but kids playroom was located there, so we couldn't leave a toddler alone to play, it is not secure. Also she couldn't sleep upstairs due to the same reason. Please install barriers or little gate at the stairs. 3) no lift and stairs are steep..

😊: Great location, large appartment, comfortable, garage included, friendly and helpful agent. Perfect for a family looking for a beach escape.. 😢: A little pricey, but that’s generally the case for larger appartments..

😊: The location was amazing, very central, and close to everything. We were a group of 5 adults and 2 children, and we had plenty of room. The apartment was really spacious, lots of facilities and there's plenty of places to park, including a garage provided. Nice, quiet and private neighbourhood which was really nice considering how central we were in dunkirk. The apartment is nicely decorated, you get a lovely welcome gift and lots of brochures provided on what's around locally. Some toys were provided upstairs for the children which was lovely and the host Caroline was always just a message away if we needed anything. The apartment was pretty clean with only a few minor issues and check in was pretty easy. Also location is only 30 minutes away from the ferry port which is ideal especially when you have had a long journey from the UK prior.. 😢: Both myself and my 87 yr old grandad are disabled with mobility issues. It wasn't clear on the listing that there would be 2 flights of stairs so that was awkward for both of us getting up and down as the stairs are very steep. Some of the plugs don't work in the living room, the sofa bed is very uncomfortable to sleep on and not many pillows were provided. The toilet seat is broken and the toilet roll holder is unstable and unusable as it looks like it's hanging off the wall and the paint is peeling around it. The sofa bed needs a clean as there is crumbs and hairs on the inside when your pulling the bed out to sleep on it. The draws in the bathroom need a clean as there's hair inside the drawers. Just a few minor issues that can easily be addressed. I would recommend this property but I unfortunately wouldn't be able to stay again due to the 2 flights of stairs..
