Fantastic quirky property we really enjoyed our time there. Perfect break in the piece an quiet of the area. Easy communication with both Patrick the owner and Brigette his property manager. Easy check in and out with clear instructions.

We were most impressed with the quality of this property which was clearly built by someone with an eye for design. We stayed in the area for a week and visited many of the nearby chateau. A week is never long enough in this beautiful and unspoilt part of France.

Fabulous 1-bedroom place. The remodel work is top-notch. Communication with Patrick (owner) was great. He provided a document full of off-the-beaten-path activities. Brigitte, the local manager, was very helpful at check-in and check-out. Large doors in the living room really open up the place in the evening. Glass railing and colored LED lights are hints at the high-tech feel of the place. The location is great as you are quick driving distance to area attractions or you can stay home and read a book.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche verlebt. Die frühere Scheune ist mit ist mit viel Liebe fürs Detail und für Qualität umgebaut worden, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Empfang und der Kontakt vor Ort waren sehr freundlich. Wir bedanken uns für eine entspannte Zeit. Weiter so 👍

The property was excellent and well kitted out, in a beautiful area and within easy reach of the Loire Valley. Jean-Francois was excellent and made us very welcome. We would certainly stay again. If there was one slight criticism the working area in the kitchen and the kitchen/ living room table at which you eat are both too small.

We spent four nights in this absolutely fabulous property - we were reluctant to leave! Contact with the owner, Patrick was excellent. He forwarded details of the area and what was available, together with recommendations for all types of restaurants in the area. This was extremely helpful. Jean -Francois and Brigitte gave is a very warm welcome and showed us around. They called during our stay to make sure all was well. The property was extremely clean, very well fitted out and it was an absolute joy to stay here. We would highly recommend it and certainly look forward to a return visit.

Voici un lieu entre le ciel et la campagne. L'endroit est à la fois perdu dans la région de la Loire et proche de merveilleux petits villages qui font la renommée de cette vallée. L'accueil est très professionnel tout comme l'est cette délicieuse grange merveilleusement restaurée et très propre. Aménagée avec goût et les meilleurs matériaux, Patrick a choisi d'offrir l'excellence. Ça va du petit détail (la qualité du papier toilette, non je ne rigole pas c'est sérieux) aux ustensiles de cuisine, aux choses les plus chaleureuses comme la majestueuse cheminée et ses buches de chêne parfaitement coupées et séchées. Tout est pensé pour que votre séjour soit angélique et en musique avec un système sonore topissime qui n'attend que votre playlist. Alors si on me demande si je recommanderais ce lieu, absolument pour tout vous dire je n'ai qu'une hâte c'est d'y retourner 😉

The property has been renovated to a very high standard and the TV and Sound system is excellent. We were staying for a week as a base for house hunting so were out and about a fair bit and was perfect for what we needed. Our only two slight disappointments were the lack of an oven (bar a microwave) and whilst the main house was occupied, and had the use of the pool, it was difficult to find a decent place to sit outside in the evening. However as a short stay Gite it was excellent.
