😢: We were told to collect keys at 4pm, host turned up and said it would be ready at 7pm. We cancelled and left. Really bad experience as we had ridden a long way in hot conditions. Cannot review the room as we didn't even get into it. Stayed at a really good IBIS about 2 miles away with great staff..
