complete house for a group of 9. everything big enough. warm welcome by the landlord couple. also afterwards excellent contact where necessary, very friendly and hospitable. quiet location in a small village but by car within easy reach of shops (La Feuillie or Gournay-en-Bray) or local sellers of regional products, sights in the area, walks in the area, visits to towns and villages (eg Rouen, Giverny, Les Andelys), or even the coast and Paris can be reached in just over an hour. The bed mattresses are quite hard - some people will have to get used to them. The furniture inside is fine, sufficient and comfortable. The chairs outside are fine for outdoor dining or games, less comfortable for sitting for a long time. The guesthouse is next to the house of the residents. You notice each other's presence but are not bothered by each other. There is a spacious garden that provides nice coolness in the summer for the guesthouse outside, but you can also seek out the sun. There are a number of chickens and ducks that do their daily routine there - a pleasure to watch. all in all a very pleasant stay - thanks to the size of the house and its facilities and the pleasant landlords - highly recommended!

We had an amazing 17 night stay at Claire and Luc’s. I can’t recommend it enough! The house and the garden are spacious, beautiful, comfortable and inviting. The property is very well equipped with anything you might need. The host’s home is right next door, they are lovely people and they are very accommodating to any requests. We were a party of 8 including a 1 year old. It was very easy to child proof with doors that closed access to stairs, 4 bathrooms, a cozy farm kitchen, mud room and plenty of access to the outdoors we all felt very comfortable and safe. We enjoyed hanging out at the property exploring the gardens and having picnics during the day and sitting by the fireplace and cooking in the evening. The property is rural so you will definitely need a car but can get to several cute villages in 10 minutes or less, Rouen in 45 mins, Monet’s House and Garden in 45 mins, Etretat and Paris just and hour and a half away. Thank you Claire and Luc! We hope to visit again someday soon.

Our group of 9 had a wonderful stay at Claire’s old farmhouse. It is spacious, clean and cosy, with a well-equipped kitchen and plenty of sanitary facilities. We enjoyed the gorgeous park-like garden with ducks and chickens roaming about. Highly recommended for a nice stay in the Normandy hills.

un séjour en famille très réussi. Le jardin (plutôt un parc) est superbe avec plein de recoins où passent les canards pour à la fois s'amuser ou s'isoler. Les arbres de la propriété sont splendides. Idéal pour qui recherche la vraie nature à 100 km de Paris. Les propriétaires sont absolument charmants et dévoués à la réussite de votre séjour. Une excellente adresse pour se mettre au vert.
