😊: Apartment was very comfortable, nicely decorated and clean. Good wifi and tv meant it was a nice base to chill out between exploring Honfleur.. 😢: Highly inconvenient method of collecting and dropping off keys which felt very dated in comparison to other similar accommodations which normally use lockboxes/'safe place' location for keys. This meant having to give host a precise arrival time several days before even arriving in the country which feels unflexible and creates a more stressful travel experience as you are dealing with multiple messages and calls from host. On top of this, despite confirming on several occasions the arrival time, host/person dropping off keys was not there to welcome us and was late. The same was the case for check out which we were told we had to confirm a time days in advance and again were left waiting and unable to leave because person collecting keys was late. Value for money was initially good, however extra costs for bedding, linen and toiletries (we refused toiletries) add up. The bedding was fine although very unusual to have to pay for bedding but the towels were threadbare and not worth the 25 euros charged. Lack of external bin at property meant having to travel up and down the street to dispose..

😊: Very central location, friendly welcome, cute place, well equipped kitchen. 😢: - In-person check-in requires some coordination but host was very responsive and highly flexible - note the extra cost for bed-linen - still very good value for money though.
